Staying quit is the goal. As Mark Twain so humorously stated, “Quitting is easy, I’ve done it a thousand times”. There are heaps upon heaps of resources out there for quitting but what about for staying quit? I have a lot of years of being a nonsmoker under my belt and I want to share this success with you. There was a time when I was terrified that not only would I be unable to relinquish forever my addiction but that I could not live successfully as a nonsmoker. I was wrong, it was and is possible. But it wasn’t easy. In fact it was really, really hard. I believe it doesn’t have to be that hard for you. I believe will every fiber of my being that if I can do it so can you. And, it just could be easier for you.
